If information about you or your business appears on Truck & Trailer Leads, you can request a correction, removal from our lead search, a marketing opt-out, or deletion of your account information.
Send a request
Email mark@truckandtrailerleads.com with the subject “Truck & Trailer Leads privacy request.” No paid membership is needed.
Please tell us which request you want to make:
- Remove or correct a listing: include the listing URL or record identifier, company name, and DOT number if available. Identify the information to remove or correct.
- Stop marketing messages: include the email address or telephone number receiving them. You can also use an unsubscribe link in the message. No additional identity documents are needed for an email marketing opt-out.
- Delete account information: send the request from the email address associated with your account where possible.
- Access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights: describe the right you want to exercise and your state or country so we can assess applicable requirements.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or copies of identity documents with your initial request. We may request limited verification where needed to protect information or confirm authority to act for a person or business.
What removal means
Requests are reviewed manually. Sending an email does not instantly delete a record or cancel a subscription. We will respond according to applicable legal requirements and explain any verification, exception, or further action needed.
Removal from our service does not change public FMCSA or other government records, social-media posts, third-party websites, or copies previously obtained by others. Contact the original publisher if you also want those records changed. Where appropriate, a minimal suppression record may be retained to help prevent reappearance or further marketing; some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or transaction purposes.
Subscriptions and refunds
For billing changes, use My Account or email mark@truckandtrailerleads.com. A privacy request and subscription cancellation are separate processes. Read the Refund and Returns Policy for refund information.
